We have supreme manufacturing techniques & testing facilities. All valves are subjected to mandatory checks which are, but not limited to Hydrostatical test, Pneumatic Test, steam test(on boiler) & Fire safe test (where required)
‘SIR’ valves are made from the premium quality of raw material and are subjected to strict & thorough quality checks. All raw materials are procured with test certificates duly attested by the manufacturers. Moreover raw material goes through internal check to maintain the strict quality we depend upon.
With an experience of over 44 years, SIR has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the valve industry in India and currently ranks amongst the top companies in the country. Known for its innovation and creating industry benchmarks, SIR has several firsts to its credit. It was the first to manufacture Butterfly valve in Northern India. Additionally, SIR is the first company to obtain ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 in the valve line. Furthermore with sound financial condition we are all set to increase our production and add up a variety of new products. We are also in the pursuit to be recognised by Indian Boiler regulations.
Our 1,000,000 square feet factory is equipped with a Cupola, electric induction furnace, Computerised Numeric Control’s, Vertical Machining Centre, Horizontal Machining Centre, computerised lathes, copier machines, milling machines, lathes, hydraulic press’s, Forklift Truck (5 Tonnes capacity) , testing pumps, boiler etc. ‘SIR’ is not just a name it is a lifeline of this industry; and this make us happy and proud.

The valve remains closed under normal pressure. When system pressure exceeds the set limit, the spring-loaded mechanism opens the valve to release excess pressure. Once pressure drops to a safe level, the valve automatically closes.
